Rosemary Allen, AAS, CDCI
Rosemary has been employed with RMHA for over 6 years, and is a graduate of the Rural Human Service program through the University of Alaska. She is a long-time resident of Nenana, Alaska, and is considered an expert in community-minded service and commitment.
